Major MCU films like Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness and Thor: Love and Thunder have come to the streaming service, and comic book fans can definitely look forward to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever coming to Disney Plus, too, but when will it arrive?

When Is Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever Coming to Disney Plus?
To be clear, Disney has not officially confirmed Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s Disney Plus release date, but based on the release timeframe for the latest Thor and Doctor Strange movies, there’s a certain window of time that would make sense.
For some comparisons, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness was released in theaters on May 6, 2022, in the United States. The movie only took less than seven weeks to come to Disney’s streaming service, premiering on June 22, 2022.
And Thor: Love and Thunder came out on July 8, 2022, and then came out on Disney+ two months later on September 8, 2022, as part of Disney Plus Day.
Based on the recent films from Disney, it seems that the company plans on releasing Marvel films about two months or so after their theatrical release. If Black Panther 2 falls in line with the other films, fans should expect it to premiere on Disney+ sometime in late December or early January. However, considering that Disney is probably banking on movie theaters to fill up over the holidays to watch Black Panther 2, it would make sense for the movie to come to Disney+ in the first (or second) week of January or so.
